The 1 year warranty was the original warranty. The three year warranty for the RRoD problem was just for that wide spread mistake.
I don't see why people are expecting other types of failures to have a warranty lasting longer than 1 year. That's not fair for Microsoft that you agreed to it.
Why is this so hard to believe if anyone can make an account on PSN, not to mention making multiple silver accounts on the 360. In the end the numbers are just illusions. No point in believing either of them...

The main downsides of this game are what it could've had. The actual game in itself actually didn't have too many downsides in the game.
The two main problems were the saving and maybe too much conversation. Fortunately the skipping feature made it easy to skip past the conversations.
If anyone has had a working 360 since launch can't be too mad if it breaks after 3+ years compared to the majority of the Xbox 360 owners.

I use Cross-Game chat everyday. Plus I get my Gold for 40-50 bucks a year. (There are deals out there for 40 bucks) It is a superb deal for someone like me who knows 2 people with Ps3's compared to 30 for 360. (Real Life) 40 bucks a year does not effect me at all if I can have 7 other people talking to me regardless of the game we are playing.
